Day 4 Windhoek-Etosha National Park | Meals: BD
An early morning departure takes you via Okahandja where you have a chance to explore the local market. Visit Otjikoto Lake, Namibia's largest natural lake, before continuing to Etosha.
Day 5 Etosha National Park | Meals: BD
Etosha means "the place of dry water" - a fitting name since a large salt pan lies in the center of Etosha. The diversity and sheer numbers of game supported in the park make Etosha one of the finest game-viewing parks in Africa. Lion, giraffe, zebra, elephant and springbok are all well represented.
Day 6 Etosha National Park | Meals: BD
Our drive takes us along the vast saltpan, game viewing as we go. Stop for lunch (on your own) before we continue to our lodge for the night.
The Namatubis Game Lodge sits in a garden setting just 35 minutes from the Etosha National Park and 335km from Windhoek, the country's capital.
The lodge hosts many species of wildlife visiting the waterhole near the lodge daily. You could spend many pleasurable hours viewing these fascinating visitors from the safety and comfort of a lookout lapa nearby, and you could sip on a tall drink or two while doing so!
A supremely comfortable bungalow or guest room will coax you to kick off your city shoes. Or you could lounge around the crystal swimming pool, meander through the exotic tropical garden with its indigenous plants and birds, or enjoy a "sundowner" on your private terrace.
When it comes to dining, you could treat yourself to a scrumptious farm-cooked meal of real Namibian cuisine in our restaurant.
Our well appointed rooms and bungalows are all equipped with 220V electricity, fridges and full bathrooms, as well as furnished terraces.
Namatubis Game Lodge caters for up to 60 people.

Day 7 Etosha National Park-Damaraland | Meals: BD
Our drive takes us through Otjo, Khorixas and past Damara villages to the Petrified Forest - an amazing forest of trees that were uprooted some 200 million years ago (and perhaps hundreds of miles away) and swept here by floods. Eventually erosion moved away the sediment and uncovered them.
The Brandberg White Lady Lodge takes its name from one of Namibia's most famous rock paintings, the White Lady, discovered on a panel deep within Brandberg Mountain. The lodge, built in 2003, offers guests stone chalets or tent sites. The lodge's swimming pool, offering respite from the stifling desert heat, is tucked behind the main building under one of the area's stunning rock copjes.
At the Lodge you find a fully licenced restaurant, cuisine with the "esprit" of the area, well stocked Bar and Lounge and a large Pool area.
Accommodation is offered in one of eight chalets, 15 rooms, all with en-suite facilities. The stylish Chalets and the bungalows are spread over an area in the river valley, among large, shady trees. Every unit offers a private veranda.
Electric lights and roof fan are available at all times.

Day 9 Damaraland-Swakopmund | Meals: B
We continue to Henties Bay for a lunch stop (on your own) before proceeding to the charming coastal resort of Swakopmund. We visit some of the regions natural wonders such as the ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis - a remarkable plant that lives for more than 1000 years but produces just 2 leaves.
"Villa Wille" was built in 1909 by Hermann Wille, an architect and building engineer. Although the villa was converted into a first class hotel in 1999, the exterior structure of the building has remained untouched.
Our rooms are furnished in the Victorian style. Even the stucco ceilings, windows and doors of the original structure have been preserved. Altogether, we have 16 double-bed rooms and one single-bed rooms, each of which are individually designed and come either with a bath or shower cabin. All rooms are also equipped with a television, telephone, mini bar and hairdryer to allow our guests to enjoy their stay in maximum comfort. The under-floor heating will ensure that the rooms remain cozy and warm on cold Swakopmund days.
We offer a sumptuous breakfast buffet with everything to fulfill your desires.
We have a charming Lounge with cozy bay windows. Endulge yourself with select South African vintages and local beer from the tap.
Is having a great meal important? Sure, for us too. We are happy to recommend to you a restaurant of your taste and preferences. Up for an adventure? No problem. Our multilingual personnel will be glad to help you organize any outdoor trips or excursions. From a day trip to the coast, a trip to the Dunes or to the famous Welwithschias, we can make it all possible.
