Every room is air-conditioned and has its own private terrace overlooking the Chobe. Suites have their own infinity plunge pools facing the river.

As the oldest 5-star Lodge in the area, and indeed in Botswana, the Lodge occupies an enviable position right inside Chobe National Park, giving guests a launchpad from which to explore the Park at first light. The early bird, as they say, finds the best game.

In 2014 we launched the first solar-powered boats and safari vehicles, creating silent safaris that transform the safari experience.

Nestled on the banks of the Chobe, under a canopy of trees, Chobe Game Lodge consists of 40 beautifully designed and spacious rooms and a further four luxurious suites. Every room is air-conditioned and has its own private terrace overlooking the Chobe. Suites have their own infinity plunge pools facing the river.

The main areas are relaxed and comfortably laid out, with two complimentary bars and numerous spots to dine.

Naturally the focus of the lodge lies with the majestic Chobe River, and the 250 meter boardwalk brings you up close to where the action is. Find a spot along the platform and settle in to watch colours change and the action unfold.

Day 19  Nairobi-Serengeti | Meals: BLD
Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Kilimanjaro and from there, the light aircraft flight to the Serengeti. The name Serengeti is derived from the Maasai word "siringet", which means endless plains. Appropriately named, every year the Serengeti plays host to perhaps the most impressive migration of herbivores found in the world. Game-viewing is exciting year-round, as the Big Cats are in abundance. Settle into your lodge and enjoy a late afternoon game drive.

The Falls Resort incorporates the three-star Zambezi Sun, and The Royal Livingstone, a sophisticated five-star hotel. The Zambezi Sun reflects the richness and diversity of the land's heritage and is located on the edge of the Eastern Cataract of the Victoria Falls.

For the more discerning traveller in search of luxury, extravagance and sheer indulgence, the Royal Livingstone Hotel will set your heart on fire and soothe your soul. Set in the lush riverine belt and touching the banks of the great Zambezi River, this earthy Eden provides a secluded haven.

This magnificent Falls Resort allows you the chance to be at one with the uninhibited majesty of the Victoria Falls, a time to regroup, to find your inner core and to leave enriched and empowered, promising to return.

The resort is situated in the 46-hectare Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Wildlife Park, which fringes the Zambezi River. Victoria Falls is recognised as one of the seven natural wonders of the world, and has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
