The newly created Zen Fitness & Spa Centre offers a wide choice of beauty treatments and massages. It comprises a gym, steam bath, plunge pool and two double massage rooms with open air showers. Our professional therapists guarantee complete relaxation, physical and mental well-being.

It goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage, and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health and well being, creating a positive approach to "Body-Mind-Spirit" philosophy.

Highly trained therapists apply warmed oil to gently massage away stress and muscle tension and hot and cold stones are then applied to the body alternately to assist the body with self-healing.

The therapeutic potential of this treatment goes beyond measure and the physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven.

All water sports, including waterskiing, parasailing, diving and deep-sea fishing, are available next to the hotel, at a charge. Le Bourgeois - Located on the beach front along the decked promenade with unique panoramic views of Beau Vallon Bay, this open restaurant with show kitchen offers fresh seafood and Creole dishes. For pre dinner drinks or late night cocktails, enjoy the settings of the bar which opens onto a wooden boardwalk and pavillion.

Coco de Mer Hotel is graded four stars, and offers modern facilities in a tropical setting and friendly atmosphere.

Tucked into nature, it is surrounded by peace and tranquility, with only the calls of the birds and the waves on the shore to be heard.

The hotel is set on the beach in lush tropical gardens filled with mango and banana trees, coconut palms and colourful flowers.

Our 40 spacious double bed rooms, averaging 50 sq.m in size are built in chalet style and are set in lush tropical gardens. In 1502 the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama discovered the Amirantes islands. In 1609 John Jourdain was the first British to set foot on the Seychelles. This 18-hole championship Golf Course, par 70 was opened the

1st of October 2000. The Lemuria Golf Course covers an area of 5,556 m. It offers a great challenge to all levels of players, professionals and amateurs alike. This spectacular course borders the enchanting beaches of both the small Kerlan Cove and the Grand Kerlan Cove. Palm trees, allowing the light to intermittently filter through, fringe the first 12 holes. From the 13th hole, the course extends over the steep slopes of a thickly forested hill, with breathtaking vistas.
