UTG Safari Delay Protection

When your tour price is $1,995 per person or more, you are automatically enrolled in UTG's special Safari Delay Protection. This complimentary added value protection includes important features like:
• Missed Connection Coverage up to $500 per person
• Trip Delay coverage up to $1,000 per person
• Emergency Assistance (including transportation to the nearest suitable medical facility) up to $250,000

UTG's Optional Safari Protection

You're making a big investment in this trip - now take one more step and protect that investment with UTG's Optional Safari Protecton Coverage. While some of the benefits included in our Safari Delay Protection Plan are also included in this optional coverage (benefits do not stack) this coverage provides the most important coverage: your total tour cost.

UTG's Optional Safari Protection is available in two levels: Freestyle and Freestyle Luxe. Both provide excellent coverage and best of all - on both Freestyle and Freestyle Luxe, Pre-Existing Medical Conditions accepted prior to or within 24 hours of final payment.

• Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption - reimburses up to your total trip cost in the event of illness, injury or death to yourself, a traveling companion or a covered immediate family member
• Accident & Sickness Medical Expense Protection - reimburses up to $10,000 of medical expenses incurred as the result of a covered injury and/or illness that occurs during your trip.
• Baggage/Personal Effects Protection - covers up to $1,000 for loss, theft, or damage to your luggage and personal articles brought with you on the trip.
• Air Flight Accident Protection - provides coverage up to $100,000 per person.

The Optional Safari Protection Program is priced based upon your total trip cost and your age and is available for purchase up through final payment. The plan cost amount will be included in your tour invoice and enrollment is effective upon your payment of the appropriate plan cost (in addition to your required tour payment).

Both the UTG Safari Delay Protection and UTG Optional Safari Protection programs are administered by CSA Insurance Services.
