Magic awaits on this glorious 9-day safari to the remote and wild parks of Zambia. Walking safaris started in Zambia and there is no better place to "feel" Africa than by visiting two it's most impressive national parks: South Luangwa and Lower Zambezi National Park.

Start with 3 nights in the Lower Zambezi at Time + Tide Chongwe Camp, set at the confluence of the Chongwe and Zambezi Rivers. The spectacular views from camp will tempt you to linger all day and watch the wildlife go past. Particularly elephants, who love wandering through camp to feed on the seed pods. Here, your activities range from land activities like game drives and guided walks; or take to the rivers and explore with boat cruises and canoeing safaris.

Fly to the South Luangwa where your choice of camp for the next four nights is the most difficult choice you'll make. Time +Tide Nsolo camp overlooks a lively river lagoon and the area is renowned for its lion and wild dog populartion. Time + Tide Luwi Camp is designed in classic African camp style and its remote location ensures you won't see another camp for miles. The permanent oxbow lagoon next to the camp attracts wildlife year round and a wildlife hide overlooking the hippo pod is the perfect spot to wait and watch for visitors like thirsty lions.

To top off this wonderful experience is a night in a Sleepout Camp Under the Stars. Tucked into your comfy sleeping roll with a mosquito net tent, you will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the bush as it rests with the sparkling twinkles of a million stars above providing a wonderful soft light. Wake at sunrise to a hot breakfast before you're off on a game drive. It's an unbelievable way to start the day.

This safari is easy to customize - add more nights, include Victoria Falls or perhaps combine with Botswana, South Africa....the options are endless.
