Day 1 Arrive Cape Town
Welcome to South Africa! Settle into your hotel and enjoy an afternoon at leisure.
Day 2 Cape Town | Meals: B
There are so many things to see and do in Cape Town. A full day excursion is included today - you choose which excursion you'd like to do. Perhaps a full day in the Winelands or a full day out to Cape Point? Or, focus on the history of South Africa with a fascinating cultural tour, including visits to Robben Island and District Six.
Day 3 Cape Town | Meals: B
The day is at leisure to walk along the waterfront and indulge yourself in some shopping - or relax poolside.
Day 4 Cape Town-Kruger Area/Private Game Reserve | Meals: BLD
Fly to Mpumalanga Airport this morning and continue on to your luxury camp in the Kruger National Park area. Later today, be ready for the excitement of coming face to face with a big cat, elephant or other striking animal as you embark on a game drive.
Day 5 & 6 Kruger Area/Private Game Reserve | Meals: BLD
There is a lot of excitement on tap today as you enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives. Kruger National Park supports more than 147 mammal species and more than 500 bird species. If you are lucky, you might spot all Big Five today - can you name them? (Elephant, buffalo, leopard, lion and rhino).
Day 7 Kruger-Victoria Falls (Livingstone) | Meals: B
Fly to Livingstone (the Zambia side of Victoria Falls). Later this afternoon, enjoy the glowing sunset as you cruise on the Zambezi.
Day 8 Victoria Falls | Meals: B
A highlight awaits as you visit the "star" of the area - Victoria Falls. The Falls are over 5500 feet wide and more than 328 feet high. Perhaps most impressive is the sight (and sound) of more than 1 million gallons of water per minute crashing into the gorge below. Later, visit a nearby village where you have the opportunity to experience village life that has been virtually unchanged over 300 years.
Day 9 Victoria Falls-Okavango Delta | Meals: BLD
The next three nights could be the highlight of your journey as you travel into the heart of the Okavango Delta - an extraordinary labyrinth of channels and rivers that floods seasonally, creating one of the most diversified and rich game viewing areas in the world. Whichever camp you select, your game viewing will be rewarding.
Day 10 & 11 Okavango Delta | Meals: BLD
Game viewing activities available today depend on your choice of accommodations. You might enjoy a game drive or perhaps game viewing by water from a mekoro or other watercraft. Birdwatchers will delight in the more than 400 species of birds found in Botswana. Look for heron and ibis along the water; search the reeds for Redfaced Cisticolas.
Day 12 Maun-Depart | Meals: B
Enjoy a final look at the African sunrise this morning before a light aircraft flight takes you to Maun, where you commence your journey home.
Welcome to South Africa! Settle into your hotel and enjoy an afternoon at leisure.

World-class cuisine is served on wooden thatched decks built alongside the Msuthlu riverbed, in the open air "boma" or in the "farmhouse kitchen".

Imagine the Africa of the great safari era, when blazing sunsets melted into lantern lit romance and service was an effortless whisper. This is the Africa you will experience at Sabi Sabi's Selati Camp, an award winning luxury game lodge in South Africa.
During the 1870's, high in the crevices of the Drakensberg escarpment which rises to the west of Sabi Sabi, gold was discovered. To transport the gold, the parliament of the Old Transvaal Republic commissioned a railway line from the interior to Delagoa Bay in Mozambique. A branch railway known as the Selati Line crossed the Sabi Sand Reserve.
Today the line is disused but the old railbed can still be seen in the north-eastern section of Sabi Sabi, close to Selati Camp. Sabi Sabi's intimate all-suite Selati Camp is the most unforgettable of all African experiences. It offers the perfect accommodation for travellers looking for a romantic luxury safari lodge in South Africa. Selati is furnished with a historic railway theme and colonial charm and is meticulously created as an authentic home in the bush. The railway theme extends from the original steam engine name plates, signals and shunter's lamps lighting the way to your suite, to interesting memorabilia and other collector's pieces in each room.
Originally created without electricity to preserve the ambience, Selati Camp has now installed overhead fans, air-conditioning and all the trimmings expected from a luxury safari lodge. Nights at Selati are quiet, intimate and possessed of a rare magic. Under the spectacular canopy of the Southern night sky the camp is still romantically lit by the gentle flicker of oil lamps and lanterns, and the warm glow of fires.
Fashioned in a colonial "Out of Africa" style, this exclusive lodge comprises eight opulent thatched suites, each with full bathroom en-suite and private alfresco shower nestled under majestic indigenous trees. World-class cuisine is served on wooden thatched decks built alongside the Msuthlu riverbed, in the open air "boma" or in the "farmhouse kitchen".
The premier accommodation at Selati Camp is the sumptuous and spacious Ivory Presidential Suite, which is a favourite amongst Kings, Queens, and those just looking for exceptional accommodation. It offers colonial grandeur in the form of original antiques, a draped four-poster bed, private terrace, and fireplace. The magnificent en-suite bathroom, complete with Persian carpet and antique chaise-lounge, also features a very private plunge pool. ×Okavango Delta: Little SableSabi Sabi Selati Camp
The separate dressing room features an antique wardrobe and matching dressing table.
The Lourenco Marques Suite is a must for honeymooners or the romantic at heart. Whether it is the fragrant flower petals strewn on the exquisite bedlinen, or the candles illuminating the bathroom on return from the evening safari, a stay in this romantic suite will always be remembered.

×Okavango Delta: Little SableSabi Sabi Selati Camp
Sabi Sabi's Selati Camp combines turn of the century elegance with personalised safari luxury - a rare experience.

×Okavango Delta: Little SableSabi Sabi Selati Camp
Sabi Sabi's Selati Camp combines turn of the century elegance with personalised safari luxury - a rare experience.
